This antique petticoat dates back to the Edwardian era.
Its made of soft white cotton..
Inset antique lace down the length of the skirt..
There is a gorgeous full ruffle at the bottom of the skirt topped with delicate diamond and eyelet lace..
The eyelet lace has an ivory silk ribbon woven through..
The ruffle is detailed with pintucks and lace.
The skirt has a very full sweep at the bottom.
Lots of teeny gathers at the back of the skirt making it quite full..
The waist has metal hook and eye closures..
Excellent condition
There is a heart shaped hole at the bottom hem and a few spots..the silk ribbon is more than half missing but a new ribbon can be woven through or left as is
This petticoat is very wearable, the fabric is strong.
